5 Ways You May Be Crushing Your Happiness

“Everyone wants happiness.” Do you ever notice how some people are happy and fulfilled and others never seem to be lucky enough to find true happiness? Sometimes though it is very useful to study what is not working. Here are five common ways people crush their happiness.

How You May Be Crushing Your Happiness

We crush our happiness because we do not know who we are, as a result we lack self worth and self confidence. The sort of happiness I help people achieve is referenced from within. Whatever your outer conditions it is unperturbed.

Listen To Your Unconscious For Happiness By Integrating Your Disowned Parts

None of us wants to be unhappy at the conscious level. We may still do and say things, however, that are contrary to our stated wishes. We say ‘I can’t help it.’ This is your unconscious communicating with you about your inner conflicts. Knowing this can enable you to own more of your parts and mediate between them. This will bring you closer to real happiness because it comes from within.

Check if you have these habits that may be crushing your happiness and what your inner conflicts may be about:

1) Do you delay doing something until the last minute or until t is too late? If so, you may be attempting to do activities that are not in line with who you are, and what you came to this world to discover. Look into yourself and ask ‘what would excite you, what might come to you easily’, if you were not frozen by your fears.

2) Are you obsessed about your weight and physical appearance? You want to be more attractive than others. This sometimes happens when people feel inferior to others on many areas they can’t control. If so you might be compensating this feeling by focusing on surpassing others at the physical which is a very visible level.

3) Do you find that all the people you fall for do not seem to have the ability to really commit?
Maybe you were told as a child you will not be able to settle with anyone because they will not want you? Through these encounters your unconscious is showing you there are people more wounded than you and that you should be matched with someone who really does want you.

4) Do you bend your personal preferences because you care too much about what other people think? When you are really happy about something you will have less need for other people to confirm your choices. If you are over concerned about what others think, your unconscious might be showing you, you are not as confident as you think you are.

5) Are you working too much? You might be attempting to prove your value. Your unconscious is inviting you to acknowledge your feelings of not being worthy in yourself.

All of these five ways people use that crush their happiness can be reduced to lack of self worth and self confidence. We crush our happiness because we do not know who we are. The sort of happiness I help people achieve is referenced from within. Whatever your outer conditions it is unperturbed.
