More and more parents are becoming aware that yelling and punishing damage their relationship with their child and lead to low self-esteem in all involved. They realise that low self-esteem is the number one culprit of an unfulfilled person and its many manifestations. What happens when a parent knows what they are doing isn’t right and they do it anyway? They cannot regulate their emotions. In turn they cannot teach it to their child.
